technician is fully equipped and available at short notice to
attend at either the installed equipment site or your individual
workshop locations throughout the UK and overseas. This technician
is backed up in his function by the support and advisory
capabilities of further Lucy
Switchgear personnel involved in the Design, Testing, Contract
Management and manufacture of the offered product range.
We can offer the following services (amongst many others):
Site
surveys
The viability of extension, upgrade and retrofit projects can be
assessed by our knowlegeable staff, resulting in enhanced
performance, whilst condition maintainance audits can also be
provided.
Testing
Our engineers can offer advice on electrical or site testing, as
well as carrying out a wide variety of tests and checks on Lucy
Switchgear products.
Training
We can offer training programs tailed to the needs of your
personnel, either on site or in our Oxfordshire training centre,
increasing the levels of skill and confidence that are so
vital to maximise performance.
Lucy Switchgear also offer a number of "Protect Support
Agreements" which provide varied levels of service cover , allowing
you to tailor the amount of cover to suit your needs, ensuring
maximum value for money.
